Duties : Experience and Skills: • 10-15 years legal experience as in house counsel or with an established law firm with specialization in petroleum industry, litigation or regulatory practice, commercial contracts or project finance. • Expertise in structuring and drafting a broad a broad variety project agreements , including loan agreements. • Proven track record in working effectively as a team leader in multi-cultural and multi discipline environments. • Previous supervisory experience. • Significant negotiation and persuasion skills. • High computer proficiency. • High technical proficiency in basic legal principles (e.g. contracts, torts).
Salary : SGD Negotiable Monthly Negotiable
