Duties : • Understand and evaluate project scope of work and technical specifications for ship buildings and repairs. • Prepare and issue RFQ to contractors and equipments vendors for quotation. • Prepare and submit comprehensive quotations according to technical specification requirements of ship buildings and repairs. • Evaluate and negotiate commercial bids from contractors and vendors received, and submit recommendation to the management for approval. • Issue Works Order for contracting. • Liaise with Production team, contractor and vendors on project progress including timely delivery of equipment. • Monitor estimated project budget against actual cost. • Monitor subcontracts progress and the value of work done against the invoices received. • Preparation and timely submission of Repair Invoice to owners according to the work carried out. Discuss, negotiate and close out invoices with owners. • Negotiate and close out final invoices with contractors.
Salary : SGD Negptiable Monthly Negotiable
